Todd Garrett is a Licensed Private Investigator who earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Iowa State University in 1999. With over twenty years of experience and a combination of leadership in Process Serving, Skip Tracing, Investigations, Asset Searches, Law Enforcement, Military, and Security Operations, Todd served from 2003 to 2006 within The U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. While assigned there during the later part of his tour, Todd also served as the Executive Aid to the Director of G3 Operations for the U.S. ARMY, 25th I.D. (L).
Todd later attained his (P.O.S.T) Certification of Police Officer for the State of Illinois through the Chicago Police Academy and has been certified through the Chicago Police T.A.R.A. (Terrorism Awareness Response Academy) Courses.
Todd Garrett has been process serving since 2006 and as a certified and registered Process Server through the Judicial Branch Certification Commission here in the state of Texas, he later established Rapid Response Process Services, LLC in 2012.
In 2014, Todd gravitated towards Judgment Enforcement. One of his first successful cases was receiving his own Judgment against a corrupt attorney for “Theft of Services” as the attorney refused to pay for services rendered. Todd sued this attorney for Judgment and later successfully garnished against this deadbeat attorney. This instilled his long term passion for seeking and demanding civil and financial justice against those that feel that they are above the law and that the laws don’t apply to them. Todd is always looking to constantly bring justice back to those who have been wronged, not only by the debtor(s), but also by the same system that swore to protect the forgotten plaintiff’s seeking help in the first place.
